Sets BEA's strategic direction, represents the association externally, approves semester projects and budgets, and ensures all teams are aligned. Acts as the final decision-maker on major investments and legal matters.

The President's operational right hand; steps in when the President is unavailable, unblocks cross-team bottlenecks, and manages meeting logistics (scheduling, recordings, recaps).

Owns all financial operations: cash flow, budgets, payments, reimbursements, grants, vendor management, and compliance with Italian fiscal authorities. Publishes financial statements for members.

Keeps Notion organized and up-to-date, manages administrative procedures like funding requests to Politecnico di Milano, and produces official meeting within 48 hours.

Coordinates active semester projects: assigns Project Managers, monitors progress, compiles closing reports, and liaises with Communication for promotion.

Coordinates the planning and organization of company visits, workshops, and networking trips across Italy and abroad. Manages logistics, budgets, and partnerships with companies and universities.

Coordinates BEA's on-campus event calendar — from conferences and technical talks to alumni sessions. Curates programs, coordinates speakers, and ensures smooth execution.

Leads people and culture: recruiting, onboarding, team building, and member engagement. Fosters a cohesive community and keeps the member roster up to date.

Manages relationships with peer associations and oversees Memoranda of Understanding. Coordinates new-partnership intake and hands off opportunities to the relevant teams.

Oversees BEA's financial operations: budgeting, expense tracking, and reimbursements. Works closely with the Treasurer to ensure transparency and keeps the division's accounts accurate and audit-ready.

Provides institutional oversight and ensures BEA operates in compliance with its statutes and governing rules. Acts as an independent reference point for the board on matters of accountability and governance.
