Our Vision
We aim to become the most active student biomedical community in Italy, creating chapters across engineering, medical, and management faculties. Our goal is to involve as many students as possible in biomedical topics, help them discover the field, and encourage them to become part of it with enthusiasm.
The direct consequence is an increase in creativity, skills, interest, and available resources within the biomedical world, enabling those in this network to bring to life ideas that would be impossible to realize with individual resources alone.
Our Mission
That’s why every semester, we…
- Organize, manage, and figure out how to fund biomedical projects of all levels! We bring together electronics, mechanics, automation, computer science, materials science, and biology in practical and educational projects that complement the academic path of any engineering student interested in the biomedical field.
- Organize trips and visits to biomedical companies and hospitals, in Italy and abroad, to experience firsthand what engineers do in the professional world.
- Host talks, events, and biomedical conferences on innovation in our field and on the most useful skills for bridging university and the real world, giving you the chance to expand your network and build new friendships beyond the classroom.
Our Purpose
To bring students closer to the real world, giving them all the tools they need to explore the engineering sectors of industry, research, and entrepreneurship from their very first year at university, so they can make the best possible choice for their future, while having fun along the way.
